Bates Motel is an American television series of a psychological horror kind which was developed by Carlton Huse, Kerry Ehrin, and Anthony Cipriano. It is produced by Universal Television for the cable network A&E. The series is a prequel to Alfred Hitchcock’s 1960 film Psycho which was based on Robert Bloch’s novel of the same name. The series depicts the lives of Norman Bates and his mother Norma prior to the events portrayed in the film, but in a different fictional town (White Pine Bay, Oregon, as opposed to the film’s Fairvale, California) and in a more modern and contemporary setting.

Game of thrones aired the finale of season 6 last week and successfully blew everybody’s minds away. Episode 10 (winds of the north) not only confirmed the most loved theory of R+L=J but also got along many shockers. Cersei becomes queen, Tommen commits suicide, Margaery gets killed due to a wildfire bomb which also killed many others like the high sparrow, Loras, and Mace.

With Udta Punjab’s release date getting closer, the controversy surrounding this movie seems to be getting bigger. The movie is slated to release on the 17th of June and is a crime-thriller revolving around the rising drug menace in the state of Punjab. It deals with the life of four individuals who are being portrayed by Shahid Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Diljit Dosanjh.

The dispute began when the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) asked the makers of the film to make 89 cuts in the movie which included the removal of cuss words, changes in dialogues and scenes.
